You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing engaging online communities, fostering vibrant discussions, and driving impactful conversations across various platforms. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online communities. You will engage with our audience, create compelling content, moderate discussions, and build relationships with key members. Your mission is to cultivate a positive and thriving online space that reflects our brand values and connects with our target audience.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online communities across various platforms.
Monitor and moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
Respond to inquiries and feedback from community members promptly and professionally.
Identify and cultivate influential community members to become brand ambassadors.
Create original and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and video content.
Curate and share relevant content from other sources to enrich our community.
Utilize data analytics to understand community interests and optimize content strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote community initiatives and events.
Participate in online and offline community events to build relationships and expand reach.
Identify and leverage opportunities for community growth and engagement.
• Proven experience in community management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Experience with community management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about building and fostering online communities.
• Fluency in English and French.
