Job Description

As a Chef Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all dishes meet our exacting standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency. Responsabilities

• Menu Development:

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and create new menu items that are appealing and innovative.
Stay abreast of current culinary trends and incorporate them into menu planning.
Ensure that menu options cater to dietary restrictions and preferences

• Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and specifications.
Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Kitchen Management:

Manage the kitchen workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Order and manage food inventory.

• Quality Control:

Taste and evaluate dishes to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and resolve any issues with food preparation or presentation.
Continuously improve cooking techniques and refine recipes.

Required Skills.

• Proven experience as a Chef Cook or in a similar culinary role.

• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and methods.

• Ability to prepare a variety of dishes, including international cuisine.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
