As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth business operations. Responsabilities

•Sales Support:

• Administrative Support:

Maintain customer records and databases.
Prepare reports and analysis on sales performance.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.

• Kitchen Management:

Manage the kitchen workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Order and manage food inventory.

• Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
Analyze sales trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports and presentations based on market insights.
